I am convinced, Democrats would ignore a plague but if a virus that caused just sniffles were to spread they would go into a massive hysteria if a Republican was governing.

The Democratic governors in many states were closing down the economies back in 2020 and even closing parks and beaches for COVID and the only reason why Trump was the President at the time.

Now with 404 deaths in one day, New York just treats it like just another day and not Kathy Hotchul could care less because Joe Biden is in the White House.

Interesting, how Democrats ignore and downplay COVID-19 when they are the ones governing but when Trump was in office they closed down beaches, parks and offices over a very small fraction of the cases.

COVID was politicized by the Democrats from Day One. It was their way of taking out Trump by using the virus to illegally change voting rules. Unfortunately for the country, the Democrats were able to succeed in stealing the election from Trump, using the pandemic.

Now that there is another election approaching, the Democrats and their media lackeys will once again do whatever it takes to win. That includes suppressing all negative news, especially COVID news.

The question is: Are enough Americans still awake to see what this evil party of American Marxists is doing to the country? Even if there are, does it really? The far left has taken over almost every institution in America at this point from academia to the media to the bureaucracy to the military to social media to corporate America.

The true question is did they die from Covid or WITH Covid? Makes a huge difference in the numbers.

Covid does not care about what party the governor of a state is.

Waves come and go.

This wave, pretty much everyone got it. Some states, the cases are crashing down as fast as they went up.

Except DeSantis has always stayed firm in this position on Covid. Democrats are the ones fluctuating depending on who is in charge of the White House.

It appears that some have selective amnesia, for they forgot that it was then President Trump whom ordered the economy shut down:

Of course, at the same time, Mr. Trump was downplaying the virus and trying to hamper the CDC.

So, let's not blame Democrat governors for following Mr. Trump's advice at the time.

And the mainstream propaganda media attacked him for it, while praising or ignoring Democrats for the same or worse actions/results.

Whitmer can stuff covid patients into nursing homes a full 2 months after every other state in the Union had stopped and she is still a mainstream propaganda media darling.

Wait he simultaneously shutdown the economy and downplayed it?

Did governors and others shutdown and demand the economy shutdown for more than 15 days? Seems important.

"Democrats downplaying COVID:"

They only "cared" when Trump was president!
