The AG's entire press release was released to outline things Trump and Co did which raised legal questions (in order to try to get them to testify about those things).
Moving those two properties into that "catch-all" category was one of those things that raised legal questions. That's why it was discussed in the press release in the first place!

Things don’t work that fast in major investigations, and certainly not on the public’s schedule. There are still people being deposed and subpoenaed. Michael Cohen has met with the Grand Jury nearly a dozen times alone.
Some of Tish James’ investigation will be pertinent to Al Bragg’s investigation. The only thing we can be certain of is that no one is asleep at the wheel. You will see indictments if and when there is enough information to support multiple counts and almost 100% certainty that a conviction can be had.
