Which one of y'all has a clue on insurance, and we can talk about that. But it's more arcane that "he told NYC his property was worth less and so didn't pay enough property taxes!1!"
The same piece of property cannot be worth $200 million and $600 million at the same time. Try that with the taxes on your home and get back to us.

There has been hundreds of headlines like this….and yet Trump is immune to it all.

The rules are different for those at the top.

They certainly believe it’s true.
We will see if a grand jury agrees.
I’d hate to thing they’d do through all this if they felt they didn’t have a case.
I do believe their track record is in the 90%+ range but they do lose cases sometimes too.

I do believe the conviction rate speaks for itself. I guess there are all those innocents are in jail because the DA is corrupt?

this was attached to the press release already being discussed. Folks will do better using a word search than trying to digest 115 pages.

oh, and it wasn't "between them". It was EACH.

The value of real estate spikes and crashes all the time.

Liticia James should be indicted for political persecution.

This has been the nasty little deal all along.
Trump org says a property is worth X.
10 years later a rogue prosecutor makes the claim the property was work 80% of X.

then claims fraud. Please note, the financial institution never once made a claim the valuations were wrong, nor that they were hurt financially.

Its a crime without a victim and it is a crime created out of thin air.

This fits perfectly in the Stalinist ideation "Show me the man, I will show you the crime".

Not sure if it's been said but isn't it sort of frowned upon to comment on ongoing investigations? They had better come up with some charges or the statute of limitations will run out at this rate.

so you don't own a home either. Got it.

You pay taxes at whatever value the tax assessor says your home is worth. And you don't get to tell him what it's worth.

Don't worry - on this charge neither the "journalists" nor the NY AG's office seems to own a home either based on their ignorance of the claim.
