why is biden only calling on reporters from a preprepared list he is obviously reading on the podium? does he have the reporter's preprepared questions, too? i assume so.

He called someone a few minutes ago then slid paper over to what, to me, looked like a prepared answer
His staff knew the question and wrote out the answer for Joe to read, which he is attempting to do. It's all a set up. Dead man walking... No facts in his answers, just pure BS..!
