No, a vast majority don't end up in the hospital. But those that do are in for a very rough time of it. It ain't a short vacation with pretty nurses and no yard work.
And no, a vast majority of vaxxed don't have an adverse affect from the vaccine. But I'd bet the vaxxed who have a reaction are FAR FAR less than the unvaxxed who end up in the hospital/ICU.
And those that do are a miniscule amount no matter how many time you try and make a mountain out of a molehill. It's not relevant to the vast majority.
As for the adverse effect, you simply can't answer that question with any authority (not sure why you even try) . You simply don't know. .no one does.
The link I posted above says she suddenly started getting worse again.
Seeing that Covid can do all sorts of horrible things to your lungs, she could have been coughing up all sorts of things from her lungs that she choked on.
Wholly Sh-it do I ever understand that. I had covid-19 virus and that damn thing went right for my lungs. I have asthma and that damn covid virus nearly suffocated me to death.
I remembered what happened to all patients when it was stronger two years ago in 2019-2020. They had to be put on respirators. It was hell with all the other things and pain it put me through. I will wear a mask every time I go outside until this thing is finally stopped. I might keep wearing a mast every flu season after that.
Some people die in car wrecks who wear a seat belt. Some survive who are not wearing them in a similar wreck. Does that mean its unclear if seat belts do any good? Of course not. Car accidents are often random. So is catching covid. I would rather be protected in either situation.
The connection between being vaccinated and avoiding serious illness is clear. Look what Trump said:
“The ones who get very sick and go to the hospital are the ones that don’t take the vaccine. But it’s still their choice. And if you take the vaccine, you’re protected.”
So do you disagree with Trump?
The old car and vaccine comparison again? And Trump? Why?

You are right, no one knows, however, I hope they are right as I hate to see that vaccine cause any more adverse effects than it already has. I hope we never have to revisit those types of comments.

so now Trump IS a scientist? I mean, I know you're not a Leftist, but think about this for a minute.
He is missing the most important word - "more protected" or "mostly protected".
Also, I'd be interested in hearing how car wrecks are often random. I can't imagine how many times properly maintained cars, operated by capable and focused drivers, get into car wrecks.
All that I'm saying is people need to stop pushing the 'your life depends on you being vaccinated and if you're not vaccinated then you're gonna die' shtick.
^This.
"gonna end up in the hospital and possibly die" they say.
Regardless, in the minds of many - egged on by "Pandemic of the Unvaxxed" - being unvaxxed = certainty catching Covid and just as nearly certain bad outcome.
They post it day after day after day.
If they want it to be the "Pandemic of the _________" then they need to finally make an honest assessment of who fits in the blank. They've been completely unwilling to admit that answer is "the old, the obese/diabetic, and the immune-compromised"

My cousin died from Covid on the 7th of this month, he was not old, he was not sick, he was not obese, he was not immune-compromised. He was however un-vaccinated.
Remember Mama Cass? When she'd died people, who didn't know anything but pretended they did, were saying she'd choked to death in bed while eating a ham sandwich. That is plausible since people had choked to death while eating when sitting up, standing or lying down. But she'd died of a heart attack.
I remember that. The ultimate in fat-shaming, lying about how you died.
