Not long after the Supreme Court blocked Biden's mandate on companies with more than 100 employees saying they must get vaccinated, now a Federal court has extended the ban to Federal employees. Now they too have the freedom to decide for themselves whether or not to get the shot.

This is bad news for far-left extremists who believe the Constitution is merely something they need to get around. How nice that more and more judges see it as something they must obey and uphold.

Elections have consequences. Some extending far into the future after the President who won, has left office.

“The President’s Authority Is Not That Broad”: Trump-Appointed Federal Blocks Dear Leader Biden’s VAXX-Mandate on Federal Employees

by J.D. Rucker • Jan. 21, 2022

A federal judge has blocked the Biden-Harris regime’s executive order mandating Covid-19 injections for all federal employees. He also declined to enjoin another order that imposed similar mandates on employees for contractors that work with the federal government.

In a presidency that has been marked by continuous failure, the paragraph written by Judge Jeffrey Vincent Brown in the Southern District of Texas may be the most damning yet. President Trump appointed Judge Brown to the seat in March, 2019. This will be appealed, of course, and work its way through the court system. Fighting executive branch overreach is just one battle in the war, and this battle isn’t over until the Supreme Court weighs in.

Well the Constitution is pretty clear but we've learned the the Biden administration is ignoring the Constitution.

Congress has a duty to keep the President in check but I highly doubt Pelosi will lift a finger.
She's been quiet as a mouse since Biden got elected.

The court wrote:

"The court notes at the outset that this case is not about whether folks should get vaccinated against COVID-19 - the court believes that they should. It is not even about the Federal government's power, exercised properly, to mandate the vaccination of its employees. It is instead about whether the President can, with the stroke of a pen and without input from Congress, require millions of Federal employees to undergo a medical procedure as a condition of their employment. That, under the current state of the law as just recently addressed by the Supreme Court, is a bridge too far."

Sorry, lefties. The Court has not yet ruled on whether the Fed can force people (even its own employees) can be mandated to get vaxxed. Here, the Court said that the President cannot be a dictator. He can only sign or veto bills passed by Congress... which this hasn't been.

And with Congressional Democrats fleeing in droves from the sinking ship of the Harris/Biden administration, that's not going to change for a long time.

Get a shot or lose one's job -- not much of a choice.

But it was a choice. A choice given to you by the government working alongside business.

No choice is China and we're not too far from that.
