*They were granted bail with an electronic monitoring ankle bracelet thanks to sweeping 2017 reforms by Judge Timothy Evans
*Since then, crime in Chicago has sky-rocketed and now 75 percent of people on electronic monitoring are violent criminals

These people don't think jail is the answer. So where are all the social workers that will bring crime down to 0 ??

Remember when the left thought mental institutions were mean and cruel and so all of them closed and all those people were left to roam society ?
