Well, it's either their land, or it isn't.
These were fraudulently included to begin with; they never were entitled to the protection of the tribe and the benefits of tribal membership.
I'd feel differently if the reverse were happening - if people who wanted to leave weren't allowed to.
But these are benefits for their members/citizens are entitled to. Same as the US realizing someone received citizenship fraudulently, and packing them back to their country of true citizenship.
