https://thehill.com/homenews/house/5...-may-be-jailed

Newt Gingrich, former Republican speaker of the house, has threatened that the January 6 members of the panel investigating the actions of that day may be jailed, come the mid-terms. This is what is happening with the Republicans- first the big lie of the election, then January 6 insurrection, and now trying to squelch any investigation with threats. This is lawlessness. The insanity continues with these idiots.

Gingrich is significantly responsible for much of the political divide in DC right now. He's the one who belongs in jail.

Solid idea. Consequences for abusing public office for political witch hunts and propaganda purposes would be a welcome sight.... but it could backfire when Republicans do the same.

Default Waste of taxpayer $$$

Wasting time and money on Jan. 6th when FBI deemed it not an insurrection. The southern border is spewing illegals, unvetted and unvaccinated while our inept President and his motley crew are concerned about the Ukraine border. More than 100K overdose deaths this year due to the influx of drugs, add the economy, inflation, high crime, and the people left in Afghanistan yet "the committee on Jan. 6th" obsesses over Trump. Is there ANYONE with a brain on that committee.
