There’s no requirement to be a parent.

Any hapless idiot can be a parent.

So yes… there are experts who know better.

There’s also parents who think the anti-masker parents are just a bunch of selfish idiots.

I don't want to offend anyone, but isn't this similar to slave owners who thought that the children of slaves belonged to them (the slave owners) and not to their parents?

No one is stopping any parent from putting 3 masks on their kid. Go for it.

Telling a parent that they MUST put a mask on their kid? Um, no.

Yes, the President who drops down his mask—to cough in his nasty, filthy hands.

Who'd take advice from him?

Gov't Health Officials. LMAO. Sure, I'll listen to them, when I'm dead and buried.

Schools tell parents they must do lots of things: vaccinate their kids, dress codes for kids, behavior standards for kids, curriculum requirements for kids, etc. etc. etc. etc.

Parents can always educate their kids themselves if they don't like it.

Schools have to consider the needs of their community as a whole. Which often means listening to experts first. If you don’t want the responsiblities of belonging to a community, leave.

Homeschooling rates are skyrocketing.

People are leaving the public schools.

They are sick of it all, pun intended.

Schools need to do no such thing.

Schools, like every other organization that provides a product or service, answer to customers (in other words, parents). If you don't want to satisfy parents, give them their money back.
