That's what it looks like.
I mean, really?.....efiin' Kamala Harris as Supreme Court justice is too much.
I will write to every congressperson and senator and articulate the reasons why this is an atrocious appointment, should it happen.
But the real question is: Who in their right mind would even consider this consummate imbecile as Supreme Court justice material?
Then again, what explains Sotomayor's appointment?

Liberals are not centrists. Democrats are centrists.

AOC = Liberal

Manchin, & Sinema = Centrists

Not so fast!

"Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress."

I doubt Hillary would get a majority vote in the Senate.

A safe good pIck. If Republicans go on the attack, like Democrats do, they will be labeled as racist and sexist.

No, AOC is pushing left.

AOC is not a liberal (classical liberal).

Classical liberals are more like libertarians.

Can't wait to see which black female left wing lunatic he picks. There are plenty of options thanks to the catastrophic Obama administration.

Every Republican Senator needs to vote against the nominee, whoever it is.

Yes, Joe Biden promised to nominate a black female to the Supreme Court. He never said anything about qualified.

My prediction

They have to get rid of Harris and Biden due to gross incompetence.

Kamala goes the the Supreme Court
Hillary gets voted in as VP
Biden steps down due to health reasons
Walla Hillary is President

The only thing stopping this is the senate and they have to pull it off this year because they will be destroyed in November and won’t have a majority in either house for at least a decade.

Sure they never even allow a presidents picks move out of the judiciary committee, to even get to that point, they have high standards. LOL
Imagine a senate present questions to a presidents candidate, what a radical process.

They are a serious bunch.
