Speaking to Vanity Fair, the Falwells now admit the whole evangelical power couple thing was an act and that they never lived by the values they purported to, as if that wasn’t already totally obvious to anyone who saw those photos of Jerry at a Miami circuit party or the footage of him partying on that yacht with his pants open.
“Because of my last name, people think I’m a religious person,” Jerry tells the magazine. “But I’m not.”

No act. He stated this years ago , that he was more of a businessman than a preacher. That it was not his calling to put God first. Just because he is a son of Jerry Falwell, people think he should be like his father. He is not at all and stated he is not.
I'm not. They put on their pants the same way as others. Why should they be exempt from others? Even though they claim to be a church for believers and a place for people to grown in God. They're only humans. How many of you think that if you look at their credit card statement, you might see a bar, or a porn shop video deduction, or just some ridiculous bill from some strange ordering place? I'll bet someone already knows about their favorite stop overs. Just by looking at their credit card statements.
I'm going to direct the made-for-TV-series. Here's the scene you've all been waiting for:
INT. DAY: bright and airy pool cabana at luxury house seen through open door behind Jerry, who is sitting on a chair facing the other two.
Pool boy and Mrs. Falwell banging away on sofa.

(between munching potato chips and sipping a tiki drink)
Lordy! Lordy! Why! Praise the Lord! (slaps own thigh)
Come on, Falwell is probably not much different from most flamboyant evangelicals.
Believing in G*d, believing in a spiritual-world, things that are unproven and require faith, is quite hard for humans. So, the people who skreeech and shout the loudest about their
iron-clad faith, usually are just being flashy and fake.
As we have seen with the whole bunch of them, they are just scammers using their god/your god to sucker people in.
And it works very well....$$$$$$$
