China has a tremendous abundance of available housing, but so much of it is in the middle of nowhere and is literally crumbing. Neither one of these situations is desirable. I don't need an expensive home to be happy, but I also don't want to live in a house that is going to fall apart faster than I am.

Whatever is going on, its much larger than bickering between political parties. The low interest rates, IMO, are the only thing staving off a major crash.
