Complaining about these things only shows you are a white supremacist.
Obviously, you need to attend the Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity training programs that your woke HR dept offers and buy into the brainwashing.
Because they are signing the paychecks. That is a VERY powerful spell to break.
I do however agree with you. After 20 years working in management at 3 Fortune 500's, I left to start my own business.
Why? Because I knew most of my of my former bosses were not very bright, so it gave me confidence that I could do better.
I succeeded, made a lot more $ than I did working for them, and semi-retired at age 55.
I could write a book about my former bosses incompetence, & abuse...verbal, psychological, sexual, & physical.
To this day, I cannot figure out how they got hired, how they got into middle management for a Fortune 500 making 6 figures, and how they retained their jobs for so long.
They presented well, and were slick talkers, is the best I can do.

You know, back when you were impaling Trump on an hourly basis, I never suspected that I would ever agree with you post Trump. Oh well. Stranger things have happened.
To the point, I don't see how normal people can tolerate trash in any position of power (government, private, or otherwise). But, most seem to be a-okay with it.
Management is boring, unstimulating, and often unethical work. In order to stick with it there has to be an upside. For many that is the thrill of controlling others, which naturally attracts sociopaths.
