Fewer people require charity when wages are rising. Unfortunately with Biden at the helm, the average US worker is losing to inflation pretty much every month out of the year. More people are going to require charity, including that from the US tax payers who will be subsidizing the increased supply of poverty stricken Americans.
Biden = Give a man a fish (and make him dependent) and make him too poor to afford a fishing pole.

It's not just Trump, all of the for-profit on-line universities are scams. They aggressively lure marginal students in by promising government backed loans which are no risk to the students. The students flunk out and default on the loans but the on-line universities keep the money. It's a totally unethical but legal business.

Actually, it is just Trump. The Trump "university" wasn't accredited, couldn't provide anyone with an academic degree if they wanted. Even the worst of the competitors tend to at least being able to do that.
Because Trump donated his entire POTUS salary to charity and will likely do it again if he decides to run.
