Biden administration RESCINDS deportation of Mexican illegal immigrant who crashed into and killed a 19-year-old woman while drunk as part of their bid to reduce the number of removals

Mayorkas claims the new rules will focus on immigrants who pose national security or public safety risk or who are recent border jumpers
So, felony manslaughter for DUI isn't a public safety risk?
For all the people who participated in my other thread, ' Secretary Buttigieg Vows Bike Lanes, Bus Lanes. Lower Speed Limits, and Enhanced Speed Cameras', and defended speed cameras because that's what they think will solve the issue of traffic fatalities (which they won't. They'll only provide a lot of revenue catching people going 1 mph over the limit), how about this? How many traffic accidents and fatalities are caused by illegals? There are so many issues in our society that can be directly traced back to the wide-open Southern Border and lax enforcement of immigration law.
Of course the drunk driver should NOT be deported.... keep him here to face charges and send him to jail.
Deportation means he isn't held accountable and gets off scot-free. Think, people, think

Why should the taxpayers have to fund someone who's not supposed to be here? Why not send the bill to the country of their origin?
You mean like the bill that Mexico got for the wall? Good luck getting that money back.
Probably because the person whose child was killed wants justice, regardless of who is paying for it.
If we had a strong leader, the country of their origin would be covering the costs of prison. It would serve as an incentive for those countries to prevent their citizens from illegally crossing our borders, as I'm sure they don't want to pay it.
