Some think the poem on the Statue of Liberty should be the immigration policy of the USA.

I have never seen nor heard of any federal agency looking for visas overstays. Never. every now and then somebody audits and/or fines employers. And some think it is not the responsibility of employers to verify citizenship.

This leaves the people who profit from illegals and the bleeding heart we can save the world free to do as they please. Because absolutely nothing is being done to stop illegals.

Many say they are helping. Like my governor who sent the guard down to monitor the border. There has been publicity about them not being paid and all kinds of other trouble. Money has been taken out of the state budget for a wall. SO far, they have done 90 feet. And those arrested for trespassing are getting their cases thrown out.

I purpose a very serious and intricate Gang of Eight kind of solution. None of us will get what we want. But at least it will stop the chaos of caravans of people with their coyote sherpas. And the following planes and busses in the night taking illegals to goodness only knows where.

If the USA was half as smart and advanced as we fantasize we are somebody here ought to be talented enough to stop this chit. MY take is plenty are. The feds need to get serious. That includes homeland security and the border patrol. I can't decided if they are inept or have their hands in somebody's pocket.

A Republican Party who has been condoning his reprehensible words and actions and now supporting his Big Lie and his very own admission of seditious conspiracy against the US Government. More than alarming in my book.

Perhaps you are correct when you say the GOP could give us a worse figurehead for what they stand for and support, but the Trump threat remains clear and present.
The decay is often so incremental people fail to notice or understand it, even as they are experiencing it, but we are at that cannot turn away moment right now. No more slow warming, it is a full boil and Trump is the flame throwing heat and the GOP is failing to condemn him.

These are treacherous times for the USA. The Trump-GOP, by failing to denounce the former POTUS' menacing anti-democratic movement, show us they believe in Trump's absurdities that are leading to atrocities. They believe in autocratic ruling that is ruination. They believe in violence over voting.

In my book that is plenty bad and dangerous to all Americans, to our Constitutional Republic, and to our very democracy.

The projection from the left is just stunning, in it's obviousness and it's lack of self-reflection.

We had a Great Economy, Safe Borders, and were Respected on the world stage.........All because of President Trump. Wake up and smell what we used to have when he was our President. Now, I guess you like the dangerous borders and drugs pouring in, bare shelves in the grocery stores, inflation, being laughed at by other countries, high crime, and having a President that's a moron. Your post tells me that you're happy with what's going on now, as we're on our way to becoming a Socialist Country! Acknowledge that your statement above doesn't make a bit of sense.

Of course they do, but it doesn't seem to happen much when it's those attached to the left who are doing the violence.

It doesn't matter if they are BLM or Oath Keepers, if the commit violence they need to be prosecuted. No one feels differently.

like most Americans. Apparently not most Republicans though.

Our laws are comprehensive and cover much more than violent acts. Our laws protect our society and our economy and our government.

This is why Democrats are in favor of prosecuting criminals, fraudsters and tax cheats. Republicans, not so much.
Is this^ your attempt at humor? As I cannot see how anyone can say those things with a straight face after watching the death and destruction committed by blm antifa that was happening in Dem cities across the country. All while your Dem leaders, their media and their base bowed to the violent by making excuses for them, pandered to them and gave them "space to destroy".

It's only your own eyes and ears that our cherished America needs you to trust.

Oh, that's right, how could we forget. The disgraced & defeated former POTUS demands allegiance to Trump and only Trump:
"Just remember, what you are seeing and what you are hearing is not what's happening"....Donald J. Trump.

Not only dangerous, but tragic!

This is why we need Trump more than ever. Y'all are so afraid of him because he is strong and can reverse everything Joey.

Y'all know Trump can turn things around and this is Y'all's biggest threat. Talk him down all you want but he's running so buckle up. Let a real pro American bring life back to our country.

Strong? I suppose if your definition of that is a narcissistic buffoon with a big mouth.
