$3.29 cash; $3.39 credit at a little out-of-the-way place. Other stations are listing $3.59 - $3.65. I'm amazed there aren't lines up and down the street at the cheaper place.

Thanks Biden!!
What?!? I paid $3.42 last week (not a minute too soon with all these frigid temps!). Shop around! You want the name of my supplier?
A few days ago I was paying about $3.49/gallon. Today I paid $4.69/gallon with the Cash Discount(it would have been $4.89/gallon without it).
Of course, a few days ago I was in a different State, today I am back in California. It isn't just Biden's policies that are the issue, we get Dictator Newsom as well.
California's gas tax has always been high and that has little to do with Newsom. It has been in the top 3 in the nation for years regardless of who the Governor of California was.
That information is readily available on the GasBuddy site, and despite what people say on this forum, I've always found it to be accurate.
People have biases and will report the highest price they see in their area or cite how gas is $5/gal. from some news article about a station at the airport that gouges rental car drivers.

You got ripped off or some other factor was in play like some surcharges or special taxes.

Not yet.... I'm going to call them and complain though. I'm good at that....
Thanks.
About $4.39 regular at the cheaper non brand name gas stations in southwest Los Angeles. Hit an independent gas station on a major street and the price will be about $0.20 higher

Gasbuddy is indeed the best comparative.
Yep. There's no need for a thread like this as the information is readily available. With that said, one seems to pop up every couple of months because gee....we've never seen this before or the whining that goes with it.
Paid $4.05 for premium in Northern Michigan over the weekend. Filled the truck up with mid grade last week for $3.35 in Southwest Michigan.
