How so? He is a Democrat. The Senate does not allow remote voting. It's 49 Democrats and 50 Republicans without him.
If so, no connection will be made or even investigated. He could spontaneously combust five minutes after having a "booster" and the likely response would be, "**** happens. Nothing to see here."
