actually Biden DID pass it...he signed it

biden also signed the 2 trillion covid relief

biden also signed the 2 trillion "semi- infrastructure" bill

biden has also signed many other costly bills

YET..they (all three houses) have yet to settle on a full budget...they barely pushed a CR down the road

Biden has already increased (projected increase as the cost will be tallied at the end of the FY) the debt by 5 trillion, WITHOUT the budget which is projected to increase the debt (by deficit) by another 2 trillion

ok..yes trumpo nearly doubled the debt...so did Obama, so did Bush2, so did Clinton

do you accept that it is a pretty terrible trend, that each POTUS nearly doubles the debt during their tenure?

I care as much about Biden expanding the debt as your fellow right wingers did about Trump expanding the debt. Which is not much.

But I'm glad you care. Somebody needs to.

But wait...it gets *better*!

There's this other spending plan - the one widely known as Biden's Build Back Broke (or Woke, well both actually woke to broke).

Even though this budget busting economy wrecking bill got stalled in the Senate (thank you Sen. Manchin! God bless!), the evil Pelosi and the dark ones known as The Squad still have plans to split this bill up and sneak in various spending plans into other bills.

So, Biden still believes that his plan will work to spend our way of the insane inflation we've seen! (remember, it was temporary, oh - just short term, oh wait - it's now going to be with us for a while )

With the mid-terms coming up the Dems know they'll lose control of the House and Senate, so they will be going all out for a scorched-earth policy to get their woke spending programs in, spend the US economy into oblivion, and crush what remains with the taxes in their plan to get Build Back Broke passed by way of bits and chunks secretly tucked away in other bills.

The spending ain't over. Biden still get's to say "I did that."

So yeah, I blame Biden. It's got his name ALL over it.

I see a history lesson is in order.

Lesson 1. ALL spending bills ORIGINATE in the HOUSE.The House is controlled by DEMS

Lesson 2.The Senate has to ALSO Pass the bill. The Senate is controlled by DEMS

Lesson 3. A bill is NOT passed unless the president signs it.

Lesson 4. BIDEN SIGNED THE BILLS. The presidency is a DEM.

Lesson 5. ANY of those 3 COULD HAVE KILLED THE SPENDING BILLS.

Even if lessons 2,3,4 and 4 do not apply the HOUSE IS STILL WHERE ALL SPENDING BILLS ORIGINATE. And nancy CONTROLS it!

But, in a libs mind it is the repubs fault!

Summery. libs/dems NEVER take responsibility!!!!!!!
Yes congress passed the budget that Biden signed, did I say anything different. The budget is bipartisan why would is that the fault of the president.

Republicans were able to pass the 2017 Tax cut unilaterally but these spending bills were passed by both houses but it's the presidents fault.

Clinton had the largest budget surplus and debt pay down in history, but since then, it's been debt, debt, debt.

Republicans only care when Democrats are spending and Democrats only care when Republicans are spending.

Neither party ever will. Trump didn't balance budgets... he added $1T to the national debt each year he was in office. It will take inflation to fix this debt to GDP ratio problem, likely including debt monetization. They are never going to adopt a balanced budget policy within our lifetimes... it goes against human nature. Democrats certainly won't. They have Robin Hood syndrome and want the nonproductive in society to live middle class lifestyles.

Like has happened in other nations, it's the middle that gets squeezed by this from sky high asset prices and shortages in housing and rentals that drive up rent prices. Wages either compensate or people learn to live with less. Both sides are to blame in their own ways... like winterbeard said in the above post.

We need to stop large corporations from buying up real estate, and need to stop with the forever handouts to people who don't contribute. We need politicians that represent the working class instead of the top and bottom.

Clinton was the last to balance the budget. Seems neither party want to.
