Lindsey need to find a new Daddy Figure if he ever wants to be respected again.

They're using "RINO" to mean "reasonable, experienced politician who hopes to get things done by not exclusively advocating fringe ideas."

Most Republicans in power are RINO's, just like most Democrats in power are DINO's. Their sole purpose is to act like you have a choice, and then they both conveniently vote against the interests of the people while also enabling policies that help the super rich.

Lindsey had Trump's ear and was very influential early on in Trump's term as pres. See Bob Woodward's book Fear.

What most Dems don't understand is that we Republicans can have disagreements and even spats, and still work together to advance the ball. Just go back and look at the many confused comments from Dems regarding Trump and Ted Cruz.

We've seen Trump repeatedly discard people like Kleenex once they no longer do his bidding or serve his purpose. Cohen and Giuliani are the two biggest examples. It is impossible to work with someone who has no idea how to compromise and demands total obedience from his cult members.

If anyone is a RINO, it is Trump. He was a strong supporter of Democrats until he saw it was to his advantage to run as a republican.

Lindsey Graham's suggestion of the USA reinvading Afghanistan to continue the "war on terror", insistence that the conveniently understaffed capitol hill police shoot January 6th rioters (I assume any who so much as trespassed since there wasn't any clarifications in the statement), desire to squelch discussions of 2020 electoral scrutiny, and approval of the so called "impeachment proceeding" has mired the doubt benefits I personally had offered him.

I wonder if Graham expressed similar fervour about endangered business owners and private civilians protecting themselves against hostile BLM and Antifa members. I'd also be curious to know about his thoughts regarding the 2018 do over election in the 9th congressional district of North Carolina. Should those discussions have been dismissed and the North Carolina state board of elections be told to quiet down?

Trump has no gray area. You are either for him, lie for him and willing to go to jail for him, or you dont exist to him. Just a hint of disagreement towards him, even if you are right, and he attacks you. It usually takes a few top Repubs that get tired of threats to pull away, then most but his devoted hard core followers will drop him. Trumps fragile ego, cant take abandonment.
