He should have just stated that we had only two black judges in the history of the supreme court, better?
Well according to Biden, based on how Clarence Thomas almost certainly voted in 2020, he "ain't black." So I guess that would make only one black judge in the history of the Court. Maybe Schumer doesn't consider Marshall to be black either
So the fact that we had over 100 white men and two blacks as judges in the last 250 years is glossed over because Schumer was off by one.
