You can ignore, but you can't change the truth. Over the past year, all of the top 10 states with the largest percentage gains in jobs have been blue states:
If those who control the money really believe this report the stock market would not have been completely flat today. The only thing I've made money on in the last few days is my USO oil stock up over 3% in just the last couple days. Increasing fuel prices is good for almost no one.
The stock market goes up on expectations of good news and down when the good news hits.
Why can't they just give us the truth for once? We don't need the lies, we don't need anything sugar coated. Maybe just maybe if they started being honest with us the Biden admin. might earn back a bit of respect from us and the polling numbers would pop up?
What's the truth?
Are you suggesting they have changed the way they calculate jobs added?
If State Blue was 3% UE, went to 12% and now is 5% ...
is that better than ...
State Red was also 3%, only rose to 6% and is back at 3%.
The gain since the nadir in the blue state has been 7%.
The gain since the nadir in the red state has been 3%.
The topic of this thread is jobs added. So yes, the jobs added in the blue state has been better. 7% > 3%.
The question of why the blue state initially lost more jobs than the red state is a different, and more complicated, question. It comes down to a combination of the economic mix of the state, demographics of the state, the degree to which the economy in each state was shut down, and other factors.
But once again, the original objection, which was first mentioned in post #11, was that the jobs being added under Biden have been because of red states. That is demonstrably false.
This has nothing to do with Biden or any Democrat, who want to destroy the country.
Congratulations to Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, Greg Abbott, and the other Republican governors for keeping the country open despite the fervent wishes of liberal Democrats to destroy it.
2020 wasn't a normal recession where the economy is slowing due to financial and economic factors. The impact of Covid is something no one has seen before. A recession did happen, but AFTER an unprecedented 14% drop in employment virtually overnight.

The Biden portion of the recovery has been slow, twice as slow as it was under Trump his last 9 months.

That will just get us even to where we were over two years ago. It will be what can Biden to grow jobs AFTER that that will be what he is judged by.

And you of course know that is disingenuous. As I showed with Hawaii, having great gains, but still being far, far below where you were in terms of employment only shows how far you well.

Pointless argument because Democrat run cities in those Republican states are where the vibrancy is.
So who do you credit? It can be pretty nuanced. No clear answer.
Divided and stalemated government unable to accomplish anything substantial is ideal. That's why Democrat run cities in Republican run states are doing so well.
Obama and Clinton's Presidency's were saved by electing Republicans in the mid-terms. Biden's only hope to prevent becoming the worst Presidential term in history since the Civil War is electing Republican Congress to stop him from doing more harm.
You guys know they're just making stuff up, right?
You've all heard the phrase, "There are lies, damned lies and statistics," right? Ever thought about what it means? It means that the worst kind of lying is done through stats.
If you accept this bullcrap at face value, I don't know what to say. You're gullible as hell. OP included, as he's cheerleading harder than anyone here.
