ADP will probably revise its January numbers upward next month, because they always revise their previous month's numbers to more closely reflect what the BLS showed.
Basically you're talking about 5.7 million (ADP) vs 6.6 million (BLS). Not that big a deal. Over the course of a year, most of the difference between the ADP and BLS numbers can be accounted for by the fact that ADP doesn't include government jobs.
Fake jobs report and the BLS does not have data that is not seasonally adjusted available.
Fake jobs report that adds on 1,471,000 jobs out of thin air.
The real job numbers before they adjusted them looked terrible, so they magically added 1,471,000 jobs out of thin air.
Why don't they have actual job data, that is not adjusted.
Why only the jobs data with 1,471,000 added out of thin air available to the public.
For those still talking about the ADP jobs, once again, over the course of a year there aren't huge differences between them. Most of the differences can be accounted for by the fact that ADP doesn't include government jobs.
I also suspect next month ADP will have a higher jobs number than the BLS. But I could be wrong.

It was 14% under Trump. What the hell are you talking about?
Don't yell at them because you cannot read. They very clearly said "3.5% pre-pandemic".
3.5% should be the standard by with we judge the employment situation.
We had 13 straight months of under 4% unemployment just before the pandemic and 22 straight months at 4% or less (20 of 22 under 4%).

Unemployment was at 14% a single month. Within 6 months it was cut in half to under 7%.
It was getting better at an average clip of 1 million added jobs under Trump, now the pace is half that. Why?

Statistics are always cherry picking.
The OP is implying that Biden is doing some great job because the numbers are there. I pointed out that under Trump the pace of the job recovery was higher.
Perhaps you can point to the policies of the Biden Administration that are driving the job recovery? I can certainly point to the policies that are hampering getting back to the million jobs a month pace.

seems he calculated an average per month once the pandemic shock ended.
Oh, it's splitting hairs and cherry-picking, but so were all the proclamations about how we lost jobs under Trump.
