You say the school boards are "relying upon CDC information which is not in harmony with current established facts". This does not matter.
Oh, but it does matter as a matter of law. The School Board opened the door to the legitimacy of their decision making when they introduced the CDC in their petition to the court. Unfortunately, Judge DiMatteo refused to do her job and question the School Board's decision which amounts to child abuse considering there is no legitimate reason to force children to wear masks in the schools in question.
As I previously pointed out, even King Fauci recently expressed concern about the impact on school aged children when he said “hopefully” forcing young children to wear face masks won’t have any “lasting negative impact” on them.
His wording confirms there is a negative impact. His only question is, is it “lasting”?
So why did Judge DiMatteo embrace child abuse and avoid delving into the legitimacy of the School Board's decision making when they themselves opened the door in the courtroom?
You mean like equating a school district's option to require masks in the classroom with child abuse and pedophilia?
No. It's the hypocrisy of those who engage in child abuse by forcing little children, who are in a category that is virtually immune to the ill effects of the Covid virus, to wear masks, while they ignore their own mandates which they force upon everyone else, including children.
Why do you have such a problem with discussing the subject of the thread
Why do you equate wearing a mask in the classroom with child abuse?

While I wont go as far as to call forcing children to wear masks for 7 hours a day child abuse, I am happy to call it CRUEL. Its cruel. All of us adults head out to work (or work from home maskless) and remove our masks in our office or cubicle or even, at worse, for an hour or two a day in the teachers lounge. These kids are forced to wear the mask ALL DAY with only a small 15 minute break to eat lunch (in my kids school case they must eat lunch OUTSIDE in the freezing NY cold sitting 6 feet away from each friend). These kids are voiceless and being taken advantage of by a sick agenda and people who refuse to stand up to this craziness.
I am happy to see parents in our very liberal school district FINALLY speaking up and starting to speak for their children. Enough is enough. I don't care what party you "support", this needs to end.
This is, perhaps one of the most foolish rulings I have ever seen. The judge should have thrown it out.
Youngkin removed the mandate. In effect he is telling parents AND school districts that they have a choice. If a school district wants to keep masks, they can. If a parent doesn’t want their kid to wear a mask they have the right to pull their child from the school.
He gave them a choice. Choices are good.
Governor Murphy (D/NJ) is lifting the mandates effective March 1st. When will those lawsuit to take away Jerseyans’ choice begin?
