Uh, I believe when people donated to the GoFundMe they meant for the money to go straight to the Convoy, not the charities of their choice. How does this not break the initial agreement between the person that donated and the group receiving the donations, also known as theft and fraud?
The initial agreement allows for this. My guess is that people didn't read the terms. If you forfeit your money, they can donate it.

Yes, yes I know...their company, their rules.
In the end though they will only allow one voice...the "collective voice".
If you don't like their terms, don't use them. It's that simple.

Thing is they get to decide who breaks their terms and who doesn't.

That's not very fair.

You agree to that upfront. If you don't like it or don't think it's fair, use another method to donate. Or better yet, in this case, get in your truck and get to work.

Yes. Don't use the service. I've never used it, never will use it. The TOS are crap.

If they don't want to handle funding for a particular cause or person that's one issue but to commandeer and redirect it is another.

In the mean time many donors have switched to GiveSendGo which is now under attack by seemingly 'professional' hackers.

What do you expect them to do with the money if not donate it to charities? Keep it?
