Oh but the evidence Trump had for a rigged election was enough to warrant a violent insurrection where people died!! Please, give me a break!!
The history books WILL reveal Trump was the most corrupt president in the history of the Unites States of America.
^^^
We don't need to wait for the history books. Trump left behind a legacy of profound corruption and myriad egregious conflicts of interest.
"As president, Donald Trump flouted all kinds of norms, starting with his decision not to divest from his business interests while in office. That set the stage for an administration marked by self-interest, profiteering at the highest levels, and more than 3,700 conflicts of interest".
Corrupt to the core. During his four years in the Oval Office Trump scorned honesty and decency and placed crookedness and narcissism above the public interest --- four years of corruption which we all saw end in a deadly insurrection rooted in his self-serving mentality & ideology.
His conflicts of interest resulting from interactions between the Trump Organization and the government, or those trying to influence it, were in plain sight and easy to track and document. By no means comprehensive---as there are likely hundreds, perhaps even thousands more conflicts that are hidden--- here is a list of detailed information and facts & figures (and even pics) of more than 3,700. There is absolutely no doubt that Trump tried at every turn to use the presidency to benefit his bottom line. As the above poster said: Trump was the most corrupt president in the history of the United States of America.
Quote:
Trump ran as the “law and order” candidate who would “drain the swamp” in Washington, D.C. Instead he did the opposite, using his power as the President to boost his own profits through frequent visits to his hotels and golf courses, relentless promotion of his properties, and countless other interactions between the Trump Organization and the government. By keeping these properties, Trump provided corporate lobbyists, foreign actors, special interests and anyone else seeking political clout a way to gain access to his administration. Trump opened the presidency up for business, and for four years, influence was for sale.
It's astounding how far the cowards currently running the Republican party are willing to go to appease Trump. He can snap his fingers and have them do the most foolhardy, destructive things, contrary to the good of the nation, out of fear of his wrath.
Trump truly is the worst thing to happen to American politics so far this century and is a stain on America's legacy.
With the things Trump said about Ted Cruz's wife Heidi, and some of the rump kissing Cruz has done at various times since re Trump, I don't see how Cruz can look his own wife in the eye.
Good lord thanks for the lecture even though it's all just gobbledygook.
Leftism chooses to manipulate in order to gain the desired outcomes that benefit itself and accuses others of what it is guilty of itself. Leftism is hypocrisy.
It's their leitmotif in life.
Being critical of 1/6 and of Trump doesn't make someone a leftist.
It doesn't definitively make anyone anything other than someone critical of 1/6 and of Trump.
Well, that Trump base expanded 12 million votes in 4 years. Is not a good idea to try to win in the GOP by insulting the base. Liz Cheney will soon find out. Questioning an election with the Russian hoax lie is what Democrats did everyday for 3 years but they are going to lecture the GOP on integrity? thanks for the laugh.
1. Not everyone who voted for Trump in 2020 was part of the base.
How many died from the dangerous tactical terrorists?
We had it worse during the BLM summer of love and Democrats called off the police from doing their job. When will the hearings be?
Imagine if they attack each democrat's house and the republicans calls off the police and No investigation and no hearings. Amazing, huh?
The bolded is irrelevant.
Being critical of 1/6 and of Trump doesn't make someone a BLM supporter/sympathizer nor a Democrat.
It doesn't definitively make anyone anything other than someone critical of 1/6 and of Trump.
yeah, a riot against a nuclear power that lasted 4 hours with No guns and ZERO deaths. Yeah, real national crisis and the worst event in our history. Meanwhile, you voted for 2 clowns in the W.H. that praised the BLM violent riots on our country and police and added fueled to the fire by telling the crowd that she would pay their legal fees.
Real smart people you voted for and hypocrisy is not a virtue. Sarcasm back at you. You should sit this one out.
As a reminder, this was Washington DC on the Trump Inauguration Day.
I’m sick of people acting like the Capital riots was one of the worst days in American history, right up there with 9/11 and the attack on Pearl Harbor. Heck, it wasn’t even worse than Trump’s inauguration riots much less the multiple “peaceful” riots all over the country during the summer of 2020.

The left calling out the right as radical, extremist, and "something right out of Orwell's 1984 and reeks of USSR-style propaganda" is hypocrisy. Care to disagree?

How on earth can you watch that video and compare it to Jan 6?
Time 56s in your video. "Several Police Officers Injured".
vs Jan 6: 140 Police Officers Injured.
Really? This is your proof that Trump's Inauguration was worse?
