I know someone with the same medical condition. This person passes away last Christmas much sooner than they thought. There wasn't much treater as far as operating. This person decided to not take the radiation ect. The tumor effected her sight and balance. She just went into a comma and died in her sleep. I just saw a press conference with Keey and some of the others and they were really emotional. As I heard that thew reason Teddy Kennedy liked Obama is that he saw in him what people saw in his brother John. This family has sure has it share od looses and deaths.

I wish the senator a speedy recovery and hopefully a long retirement. :-)

Very sad. No matter if you agree with his politics or not.

Seems a black cloud follows the Kennedy clan through time.

The evil their father did has hung like a curse on them for ages it seems.

All very sad.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Senator, his family, his colleagues and all in the fine Commonwealth of Massachusetts--once my home and always in my heart.

Unhappy Sen. Edward Kennedy has malignant brain tumor

Quote:
BOSTON - A cancerous brain tumor caused the seizure Sen. Edward M. Kennedy suffered over the weekend, doctors said Tuesday in a grim diagnosis for one of American politics' most enduring figures. "He remains in good spirits and full of energy," the doctors for the 76-year-old Massachusetts Democrat said in a statement.
My thoughts and prayers are with Senator Kennedy and the Kennedy family.

I wish him the best.

But now the this is going to get interesting in the political world. I wonder who is going to take the place of the good senator and carry the flag of liberalism? Kerry (Mr charisma killer) just can't do it.

Very sad. 76 seems young for such a diagnosis when his mother lived past 100.

Sadly, that seems to be the case. I wish him a full recovery, nonetheless.

I am from Dallas and my first clear memories are of the assassination (my father attended the parade). So we have a long period of sensitivity for the Kennedys.

Even though I have disagreed with many things Sen. Kennedy has done, he has served nearly all my life in the Senate. He's always been there for all of us as the survivor and caretaker of his family.

I hope he recovers but when he leaves this earth it will be a different place.
