Fights in schools of all type occur regardless of race, demographics or local politics we just had some at our predominantly upper middle class high schools after basketball games, it doesn't mean the end of Western Civilization as we know it.
But I haven't seen anything that supports the OP's statement of " Administrators & Teachers are all told not to intervene because of "equity" and "systemic white privilege"" if there is a valid link to that I would like to read it.

One of the things I remember from my high school days in the 90s...while fights did happen among students, 99.9% of the time, the two students fighting, were friends at the end of the day, thats just how it is.
