Until you see the responses to the proposal that lists the supplies as requested, and how much of the budget is dedicated to it there's a lot of speculation:
"Supplies: List the items that the project will use to implement the proposed project.
Items must be listed separately: office supplies (e.g., paper, pencils)."

Safe smoking supplies could simply refer to a fire extinguisher.
Lol...sure, yeah, that is what they mean.

Its really the consistency in which these drugs come in that is most disturbing, we hear about BIG drug busts and seizures on the news, but it never seems to trickle down to impacting supply for some reason.

At the point we are at now, the question of who the DEA is working for is paramount.
Agreed that drugs have always gone across the border but it’s pretty well known that drug addiction and drug use tends to go up when the supply is higher. Right now we have a pretty wide open border which is contributing to the issue in a major way. Drug addiction and all of the societal issues that come with it are becoming more and more visible every single day. Handing out supplies to make it “safer” for addicts to use is just icing on the ridiculous cake.

Our Border Guardians are overwhelmed while violence and crime increase. The Biden administration transports tens of thousands of these drug caring, disease spreading, violent, military age "children" to cities all around the nation at night, under cover of darkness. Meanwhile Biden sends American military over to Europe to insure the borders there are secure for our non-paying NATO partners.

These invaders, who have no right to be in our country are then fed and housed at government (tax payer) expense while hundreds of thousands of homeless Americans sleep hungry, cold and sick in the streets of our cities.
You seem to forget, this isnt a new thing since Biden took office, illegal drugs have been flowing in consistently since Bush Sr was president, and even long before that!

That alone shows this is not a democrat-republican thing.

Biden’s policies have made illegal border crossings so much easier. Now he’s making drug use so much easier by ensuring addicts have more money for drugs by not having to buy supplies.

I can’t see any defense of this.

There isn't, but the pretzel logic will ensue....

This crack pipe initiative is laugh out loud funny. Crack pipe "kits" are already widely available at "stop and robs" in Joe Biden's Amerika. They consist of a glass tube that's sold to hold a little paper flower along with a piece of copper Chore Boy to act as a filter and a cheap lighter. These rigs are sold in every marginalized neighborhood in the nation. Why does the government need to be in the crack pipe business? They obviously need more dope addicts dependent on the government.

I wonder what company will be manufacturing these pipes and how much the govt will pay for them.

Maybe Hunter Biden’s expertise as a crack addict will come in handy.

That's a really good question. In most states you can purchase small glass or metal pipes with a tiny bowl "For Legal Purposes Only" in head shops and other classy establishments for a few dollars. Undoubtedly, the federal government will pay top dollar for them. We've got the elderly, homeless children, the mentally ill and veterans struggling to eat and survive in this country while the Biden cabal squanders millions of tax dollars to enable drug addicts.

Default Snopes on crack pipe kits: false

https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/bi...racial-equity/

Why is this marked as false? They don't deny there are crack pipe in these kits, not do they deny it's for 'racial equity'. Yet they claim the statement "Did Biden Admin ‘Fund Crack Pipes’ To ‘Advance Racial Equity’?" Is false.
