May I suggest that you withdraw your diplomatic personnel and reassign them to a country with a higher standard of living, like Ethiopia. They need to release the info of the violent loser who did this. I think it is a hate crime, violence against Asians has been getting worse in the last year.
If the attacker is, by chance, a person with dark skin of African heritage, this action must be justified and excused as an act of reparation. You see, the entire world, as far as ethnicity, is out to get such people and so such people must be allowed to assault others in the name of equity.
