I hear violence can be contagious. Just look at most democrat run cities. I don't want my family to be exposed to that. Should we just lock down/quarantine the whole of NYC and let this play out??? You know... To flatten the curve?

San Francisco leaders have called upon its citizens to adopt their homeless people to solve the problem they can't.

Maybe NYC citizens should adopt a criminal in an attempt to rehabilitate them?
