If Snowden is ever stupid enough to ever leave the Russian Federation for America or Western Europe, he should be arrest and sent back to the United States to face trial for his crimes.

If anybody deserves to be hanged, its him.

I’m glad that neither Obama or Trump pardon this criminal, but since Biden has pumpkin slime for brains, he might…. I bank that on the fact that Biden has screwed up everything he touches and has a bad habit of finding himself on the wrong side of history through his half century career.

The only thing he has done right was to illegally use his office to enrich his family since the “big guy” always get his 10% cut from all the criminal dealings.

Even it Snowden is pardon by Brandon, I’d put money that he’s going to have a CIA/NSA funded “boating accident”…. “Wink, wink!!!”

Donald Trump demands team players. Snowdon would not be. Trump dealt with leakers thru his presidency. He abhors a leaker and that is Snowdon.

If one believes they in rural USA with the freedoms to secure their guns and rifles and more. Have their hunting lodges, camps, remember Vietnam fondly as a badge of honor, multiple pick-ups to living off the land they can still own.

Think Snowdon made them safer and freedoms to reveal anything to adversaries? Guess I mistake Patriotism.

It is one thing to leak the US was collecting phone info and internet on private citizens. But he leaked sooooo much more on our intelligence of adversaries. Info being collected on the Chinese to even a US president was looking into cyber attacks on adversaries.

China to Russia clearly know knew the scope of US and Western allies capabilities to not let a China gain in dominance.

If one feels all the other classified info to keep checks on adversaries who would instantly remove their current freedoms. Was worth Patriotic and made their freedoms more secure? Not sure why they would.

It can be noted the the US and Allies then had cyber attacks against them. Just perhaps aided by leaks of Snowden.

Private citizens if they really have nothing to hide feel they gained freedom in Snowden's leak of the vast scope on ability to watch the world? How so? Most paranoid then are even moreso now and WE LOST MUCH PROBABLY TO WATCH ADVERSARIES AS YOU SEE CHINA and say we were then weak on them. We may be now in what we could do before by Snowden's info to them. Only 1% of it all was even ever released by media. How we could gather info was leaked to adversaries. Like giving them the blueprints to weaponry.

The UK would like a word with Snowden if he comes out of hiding.

As for Snowden's leaks, they basically state that a lot of the signals and cyber spying on Americans is done by allied foreign agencies with different laws to the US.

Such foreign allies use a wide range of techniques and only a small percentage of red flagged material is discretely passed on, possible through diplomatic means to avoid US laws.

Snowden's leaks even showed that the US was paying other countries money to upgrade sites in relation to intelligence gathering activities.

Snowden was a plant.

If he was a true threat, he'd have been taken out and no one would have ever heard of him.

I mean, really, globe traveling, bumbling US statements, uh, oh, we can't find him. What country is this? Where dd he go?Huh, we just don't know. Meanwhile he's giving interviews ... People seriously believe that???

He'd have already been taken out. The govt covers its tracks.

There have been other defectors during the Cold War, the most famous of whom were Guy Burgess, Donald Maclean, Kim Philby and George Blake, all of lived the rest of their lives in the Soviet Union.

Whilst traitors Anthony Blunt and John Cairncross were just discretely allowed to retire, indeed it terms of Cairncross is role as the fifth man in the Cambridge Spy ring would only be revealed many years later.

I'm afraid you have bought into propaganda.

Information like this is used to control the public. They rely on apathy from the people. You go a step further and get angry at the person who tells you the truth.

Are you actually suggesting that the United States government would nuke the capitol city of the United States government? Or any United States city, for that matter?

Is that really what you think would happen? Or is even possible?

Really?!

Always easy to spot the posters that have never served in the military.

They seem to think that we'll slaughter our own just like the Chinese Communists.

China wouldn't nuke their own capital either.

Military is still comprised of 92% Of those who support every day average Americans. They’re not gonna turn on the people no matter who is ordering them. They might do their job in these little Squirmishes that pop up from time to time but it an all out Civil War? The military is going to be on the side of those who are more conservative minded and you can bet your bottom dollar on that. And your idea of a nuclear exchange in DC? Lol come on man. That’s a permanent solution and not happening.

When the **** hits the fan in this country and it is going to hit the fan, all you liberals who think the military is gonna back you are dreaming. I know the military. I know who they consist of. The left is rushing to get the fairies and left wing whack jobs into the military but they’re being stupid about it. They’re putting them in the top positions. The every day common military personnel will not follow their orders when they order them to view regular Americans as terrorists. Lol they think just like them.
