Ongoing problem that escalated in the 70s and has grown exponentially since. In both parties. Need to get money out of politics.

?????????????????

But we are talking about Biden, not someone who is sane or competent.

Also, the modern democrats have become so radicalized that they bear no resemblence to a harry truman democrat. Obama installed radicalized marxists in the deep state, which has resulted in a large cohort in the FBI and DOJ who are not loyal to the nation, but are loyal to Obama and his extremist views.

The next republican president will have the chore of firing all the Obama deep state employees and those in the military and replacing them with normal citizens.

Republicans don’t need to do much more than draw attention to the Democrats actions and policies. Their entire campaign should be a slideshow with pictures of the rioting, looting, tent cities in LA/SF, skyrocketing crime statistics, the border, gas prices, those poor souls falling off the outside of the plane taking off from Kabul, etc… with a simple caption that says…

“Democrat Leadership In Action”

At the same time, Go champion the local issues in your state. Follow Virginia's example and focus on the issues and avoid making this about Trump, but do accept his help.

Rise above the slander from the left and stick to topics that your constituents care about the most.

In doing so, both claimed credit for the work of the legislature and were able to convince the voters of this, securing second terms.

Would it be best to just let the dems dig a deeper and deeper hole and not throw them a "life preserver" of a conservative legislature to change and salvage Biden's sinking ship?

The best way to expose the dems is to let them control ANYTHING- they will cause a disaster and show the voting public that they are incompetent. The republicans, in placing sane legislature and preventing Biden from killing the nation, may indirectly help this idiot.

well, you need to differentiate between "conservatives" and Republicans. As long as it's not real RINO's that would advance his agenda, we need them all.

Truly, we've had enough in 12 months of the "Biden way" that no, we cannot bear more than 11 months more.

pretty simple. The Dems really have written the ads and produced the videos that are all it takes.

There is no way the US will survive or bear any semblance of a representative democracy under the crushing path of totalitarianism we are on under a Dem controlled govt in the Legislative and Executive. Heck, the only reason we aren't further doomed has been the checks of the Judiciary (but that could change too).

So yes, "we" need the 2022 midterms to flip the House and the Senate out of the control of the Dems.

Yes, allowing another 2 years of the status quo would destroy the country.

I think midterm see-saws in general are the best way to keep the party in power on their toes and redirect their agenda.. its the best way to keep the country balanced and close to the middle...

One of my biggest complaints about politicians is they care more about themselves and their power than they do the country.... wanting one party to fail miserably for a longer period of time is no different. Don't be like politicians.. vote what you think is best for the country NOW and not your party later.

A government in stalemate is the conservative ideal. Only issues where a compromise can be made that have wide support move forward.

If either party has control of all branches it's disaster.

With all due respect. The OP post is silly. You run every election to win because it's harder to pass laws or prevent bad laws being the minority compared the majority. The Democrats are always going to blame the Republican regardless if they win now or later.
