Indeed-

Democrats have :

1. Made criminal theft under $900 legal

2. encouraged crime by "defunding police"

3. increased the number of known criminals by refusing to deport criminal illegals

4. encouraged crime by reducing bail and retention time, even for violent criminals so they can prey again upon citizens

Look as the escalation of crime under the democrats, which had previously had a decline since the 1970s. Lack of enforcement and respect for the law encourages lawlessness, which appears to be the endgame for dems.

Now......................even in liberal LA, even Hollywood libs are demanding the resignation of the DA, who has encouraged a rise in crime and lawlessness. So even far left loons are starting to wake up and appreciate how dangerous marxist idealouges can be to a city.

So............................ Dems should seek the elimination of all laws and thus seek their happiness at being sacrificed to the whims and mayhem of criminals. As democrat policy is based on self hate, succumbing to criminals and being slaughtered is a "logical" progression for libs.

It appears they already have; hence, the mess these cities are in.
Overt drug use, crapping on the streets, carjackings, et al.
I avoid our downtown like the plague.

Since capitalism is defined as the private ownership of the means of production, there hasn't been capitalism since 1933, when government started taking from one to give to another.
As long as government can take a portion of your labor and or property, there is no absolute ownership of private property - hence no capitalism.
In fact, since 1933, America has been a SOCIALIST nation. But instead of overt nationalization, the government uses covert means - high taxes and intrusive regulations - to give itself dominion. Just look at the fear that the Eye Are Us can generate in business owners.
Since "Saint" Roosevelt bypassed the USCON by a "State of Emergency", it's pretty much over for constitutional government.

War and Emergency Powers Acts
United States, Senate Report 93-549 states: "That since March 09, 1933 the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency." Proclamation No. 2039 declared by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on March 9, 1933. This declared national emergency has never been revoked and has been codified into the US Code (12 U.S.C. sec. 95a and b).

"A majority of the people of the United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. For 40 years (as of the report 1933-1973), freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by states of national emergency."
FREEDOMS ... GUARANTEED BY THE CONSTITUTION ... HAVE BEEN ABRIDGED BY LAWS ... UNDER EMERGENCY RULE ...

Constitutional U.S.A. (1789 - 1933) R.I.P.
Welcome to the Peoples Democratic Socialist Republic of America.

Like the Left redefined what a vaccine is, they have redefined what a crime is so they can claim crime rates have dropped!

Only if you are a democrat. If you are a moderate/conservative or libertarian, they will throw the book at you.

So what? Republicans in Oklahoma have made criminal theft under $1000 a misdemeanor as follows:

"If the stolen items are valued at less than $1,000, the offender is guilty of a misdemeanor for a first or second conviction. Such a misdemeanor subjects the guilty party to up to 30 days in jail and a fine of $10 to $500. For a third or subsequent offense, the defendant faces up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine."

The rest of your viewpoint against Democrats is only based on nonsense and senseless propaganda. Democrats certainly aren't even remotely like that in Red States.

Like it or not, crime is also going up in Republican run cities. When will some people learn that there still isn't a dime's worth of difference between the Democrat and Republican parties? The solution is to quit being wrong and stupid enough to vote for either one of them.

Democrats love laws, mandates, edicts. Despite their love of control and power, they fall all over themselves when a minority is around. they don’t want folks to think they are racist, so in true liberal fashion it is easier to just ignore problems than to grow a backbone and deal with it. ignore and deflect.

If all laws get enforced we will have more incarcerated people, then we will be paying to house feed and guard them in a separate location.

Improving the social safety net would be much cheaper.

Or we can just let police execute people for trivial offenses like George Floyd let’s remember how that went.
