And nobody was sticking them. They chose to not get "sticked" and thusly denied themselves the "privilege" of crossing the border into the U.S. as established by U.S. mandate. The mandate for return to Canada was the same for every single Canadian who leaves and then returns.
God silliness is rampant.
And lest, as Americans, you're unaware of the property seizure laws as they apply to those breaking the law and even those who do not, a gentle reminder of what's gone on as common practice in the U.S. for eons.
Well see that's just the thing; given my posts describing those getting the vaccines as "sensible" and those not wanting it being "scared of the needle" with NO factual evidence available to suggest anything contrary to those views being in any way credible; I'm not concerned with what my posts "look like" to those contrary minded. The ignore button exists for that reason among others.
Has what your posts 'looked like' ever stopped you from posting your opinion?
Omicron still? Vaccinations proven to mitigate the symptoms thereby shortening hospital stays are now deemed as "impotent"?
The fact is that when someone ridicules* the opinion or motives of someone, that person is insulting the other person.
Not that I think there is anything wrong with ridiculing a truly stupid (as opposed to controversial) comment. Some opinions deserve to be ridiculed, in my opinion, and some people deserve to be insulted -- although I think it is best to not do so on City Data.
*As opposed to politely and/or matter-of-factly disagreeing with that opinion.

I am vaccinated but opposed to mandates. Mandates remind me of when I was drafted. I could either go into the army for two years (which I did) leave the US forever, or go to prison. No one should have the right to force on anyone else a choice that might kill them.

Agreed. It's also why I am not opposed to abortions. In the past, women had to go underground to do this and often times it was done incorrectly and they bled out and died. It's a terrible situation all around, but I think it's just better to offer the woman the choice to have an abortion done in a safe environment.
‘I’m surprised that Trudeau said those things” Marianne. She obviously don’t know anything about him. It makes Marianne naive about politics. Trudeau cried and praised Fidel Castro when he died. Liberals are sometimes slow and live in a bubble.
The ties between Trudeau's rhetoric and Hitler are undeniable.
Yes but I still do not see him as Hitler or a Hitler. When he tortures people then I will see him as Hitler. His strategic way of attacking Ukraine is impressive. That doesn't mean I approve of what he is doing. His Rhetoric is like Hitler but he doesn't order torture. If he does then the sickening attacks he is ordering now will be far more sickening.
