How are you supposed to know what words you can't say unless someone says them? You can't say the R word. Retired? Respected? Renounced? Renowned?

The principal of Enosburg Falls High School was put on leave Friday for using offensive language over the intercom system during the school’s morning announcements a day earlier.
In what he called “a terrible and inexcusable mistake,” principal Joseph Donarum apologized for repeating racist and homophobic language that had allegedly been used by Enosburg fans in a basketball game days prior.
“I was trying to teach students the kinds of words that could never be used,” Donarum said in a Friday letter to community members. “Just by using those words I perpetrated the harm I was trying to prevent.”
Our 1st amendment is there to protect us against those who find our speech offensive. People need to stop apologizing for a stupid slip of the tongue, as if it's equivalent to rape and murder.
It is almost like Common Sense has left the building and is never returning. Can't people figure out that there is a difference between "You are a f------- n----" and "There was an incident when words were used and this is why you should never say things like "n----".

VTDigger on Thursday obtained video of the morning announcements apparently taken by a student. In it, Donarum can be heard clearly saying offensive language over the intercom system.
Not sure why they didn't post the video. But the bigger question is at what point is it normal for a student to be videotaping the morning announcements? When I went to school the morning announcements were a great time to catch up on a reading assignment or study for an upcoming test.
Online, we can't post anything with the n word, even if we are condemning its use, or discussing a news story. Its deletion is automatic. And that is what's happening in the schools. The children grew up in cyber world where rules are set "by the computer". So to them, the principal broke a rule and should be deleted.
Demilogisluvian (n): one who is homosexual in nature.
Liberals are always making up new words that soon appear in the dictionary. So let's have fun and make a new one up here, and let's see if we can get it to the dictionary. Demilogisluvian. This one isn't homophobic, though. It's a very sophisticated and elegant upper-crust jet-set term.
