EXCEPRT FROM LINK, my italics:

Under the Act, the government has a number of far-reaching powers at its disposal.

The government could bar travel to or from specific areas - from Parliament Hill or major border crossings, for example. It could order the evacuation of people and personal property from certain areas, possibly using this power to clear out congested areas of protesters. And it could direct individuals and companies to render essential services, perhaps ordering tow-truck companies to lend their services and clear the roads of demonstrators and their vehicles.

But while Mr Trudeau's government may soon be granted an almost carte blanche to respond to the protests, there is no indication the prime minister will also seek military intervention.

While Mr Trudeau has said that "everything is on the table", he has maintained that military involvement would be a last resort.

Because the two are nothing alike. I never saw anyone advocating just driving through protesters, but I’ve seen people say you don’t want to be surrounded and dragged out of your car. People still have a right to defend themselves.

He really does look more like Castro than Trudeau.
Wonder what 23 and me would say.

Trudeau is just following his personal friend and idol Fidel Castro. Did you know that his little puke cried and praised Fidel Castro when he died? How can Canadians put up with this loser anymore?

Yes this is definitely abuse of power. Technically its not a crime to park your car in the middle of the street and leave it there. That's just a traffic violation.

What should we do before an election? Overthrow a democratically elected government?

And what happens when you leave your car in the middle of the street for 3 weeks?

The "crime", according to Herr Trudeau, is holding unacceptable views.

That just means there are many other freedom lovers who also left their car in the street and its taking the government a lot of time to get to mine. ITs also not a crime to stand in the street, at least not a felony punishable by prison. Maybe a misdemeanor (like stealing a TV from Walmart in California).

Y'all PLEASE NOTE that the punishments Trudeau is suggesting for the protesters is much serious than the punishment for openly stealing $800 from a store in California.

TDS sure runs deep in some.

Just who is paying these troublemakers? Got a credible link to back up that assertion?
