I think its weird that Prince is so well respected and liked today...I clearly remember not too recently, NO ONE would ever admit they listened to Prince, and he was the butt of many jokes, I guess his death changed that?

I just watched the video and yeah, that was pretty Huge. It was neat how the spectators got involved. MJ didn't need any guests to carry the show like they all do now.

I wasn’t the biggest Michael Jackson fan back in the day, but that Super Bowl performance looked like some immortal Gods came down from above and performed at a football game.
I think MJ and Prince had the best Superbowl performances of all time personally.

It actually raining while Prince did Purple Rain was a special moment. I remember watching that live and although i was never a big prince fan(although i really liked Purple Rain) the guy was one of the greatest music talents of our time.
