Durham is doing his job. He doesn't need to embroil himself in right-wing or left-wing arguments. He is neutral and he will present indictments when he is ready, in a dispassionate manner as his job requires.
Durham , unlike past investigators in the past is keeping silent, which is a good thing. Not unusual for both sides guessing what’s going on behind the scenes.

That is exactly how it should be, as much as I don’t like Hillary she has a right as all Americans to have a fair investigation. Just wished that Trump had one too! His was a witch hunt.
"If third parties or members of the media have overstated, understated or otherwise misinterpreted facts contained in the government’s motion, that does not in any way undermine the valid reasons for the government’s inclusion of this information."

Which is as it should be. Criminal activity should be prosecuted if any is found.

quite a 'confirmation' there, cubie. lol
Confirmed that the RW media is blowing smoke. Hillary is not about to be indicted.
Republicans have been after the Clintons for decades now. It's an obsession.
Durham was clear that the RW claims about spying, etc. are nonsense.
Seems he is going after the lawyer who told the FBI, and later the CIA about the unusual traffic between Trump campaign servers and a Kremlin bank.
The Georgia techs who discovered this took their information to him because there are certain legal processes that have to be followed.
In any case, there was no hacking of emails, no spying, nada. They were reporting information that is available to anyone who cared to look.
There never has been any reasonable explanation for all the internet traffic between the Trump campaign and a Kremlin bank.
