I think a problem is, nowadays you cannot say anything good about China or suggest learning anything from China.
When you do so, people would just react with "why don't you move there" or "China is evil because ABCD".

This is extremely childish, and the elite certainly don't think/behave that way.

The media, and to some extent the public education, serve to dumb down American people.

All I know is that my investments are hemorrhaging the last two months, and it’s because of stupid liberal policies.

They’ve been in power for over a year, they own this disaster now. Supply Chain, energy infrastructure shut down, non science based Covid policies, inflation caused by spending, and now encouraging the defense of Ukraine at what cost?

I don’t give a damn about Ukraine, I care about my money.

I can’t wait until I can vote these idiots out of office.

Didn't go past the first page. Has anyone called out the OP for accepting China's numbers at face value? China lies about EVERYTHING. The ONLY thing we know about their numbers is that they're wrong, and they're wrong in a way to make them look better than they are.

Dumb thread because it's based on the premise that those numbers are real. They're not. The thread is pointless.

Question:

What happens when America stops buying junk from China?

Will China keep producing and store all the unsold items in super huge warehouses? Too late.

Yes.

Both America and China are married to each other but the marriage is unhappy.
We are witnessing the beginning of a separation and eventually a divorce............

What can you say that is both "good about China" and relevant to a politics thread and true at the same time?
You imply that people who believe China is evil are "dumbed down". Chinese politics is evil. We all know that, and we are not dumb.
