The Dems can always trot out John Kerry who can mumble about Putin putting in the work on climate change between butchering women & children in Ukraine. Crazy town party!

That's hilarious. Usually the rebuttal to the State of the Union speech is delivered by the opposing party.
However, since the squad (the core of the DNC) opposes AMERICA, it is only fitting that we should hear the views of America's enemies, as represented by The Squad.
