The notion that Russia has ever engaged in any war in it history without committing mass war crimes and atrocities is a pipe dream. Either you concede territory for a peace treaty, or you deal with atrocities, that's how Russia engages in war. They have no rules.

'spokesmodel' is sort of a joke based on some old ed mcmahon show that was most likely blocked in the soviet union so you didnt get to see it. (it showed people having fun) IT was the russian defense minister. You know him.
THE real world, not the one you insist that no russians have shot any ukrainians, all dead ukrainians or blowed up stuff was done by the ukrainians and all sunk boats had warranty issues and all blown up tanks are decoys ( <---all your words from your posts). Never going to happen. Many of Russia's air defense systems that are shooting down or targeting Ukraine aircraft are located in Russia.
So unless you plan to start bombing parts of Russia, it's not going to happen.
well those russian based AA batteries are having a helluva time taking out 50 year old choppers that are carpet bombing a path to moscow (or so we are told)
