Not population in general. Those criminals that committed the crimes and proven guilty with supporting facts in courts.

I believe you're totally correct here. Even if the whole Ukrainian Army collapses, Russia is expecting next 10-20 years of local resistance, terrorist attacks, guerrilla warfare, hostage taking and extermination of locals supporting the occupants at every convenient occasion. Even Stalin was fighting Bandera's network for 10 years after the war, until they eventually won (as Stalin died, Khrushev who was Ukrainian ordered amnesty for all, and many former Bandera followers were allowed back to the ruling circles of Ukraine).

No, every single case is properly documented. Russian investigators work really hard and named about 6000 persons of interest who would be charged. Obviously, there will be more investigations and more charges brought up. But those who did not support Nazi ideology actively have nothing to be afraid of from the Russian Federation.

Strength is in Truth. Whoever is stronger, comes up as the righteous and most truthful. So, while technically I spoke of Ukraine, if it ended up winning (that hopefully never happens because the terrorist regimes must not win), it would be the most righteous and truthful nation on Earth, and Russia will be the evillest of all.

I'm not sure why you are unable to understand why it would take a couple of days to secure the areas, rescue and care for the survivors, and get the word out on what the Russian soldiers did while they were there.
The Putin propaganda promoters, such as the one to which you responded, are trying to deny Russia's crimes in Bucha, claiming the atrocities against civilians were staged and occurred after the Russian troops retreated. The Kremlin actually made numerous ridiculous official statements claiming the civilian massacre was "a hoax".
A Times analysis shows the killing of civilians in the Kyiv suburb occurred before soldiers had left, despite Russia’s denial of responsibility. Russia claimed that horrifying images of dead Ukrainian civilians were “another hoax.” Satellite images rebut this.
