Again, look at precedents in the modern history.

It looks like Russia thinks all civilians are criminals.

Resident of the liberated village of Bucha in Ukraine, Antonina Pomazanko, showing where she buried her daughter who was shot by Russians on the first day of the invasion

What can I say... It's war against evil, and any government using terrorist tactics is evil

No, every single case is properly documented. Russian investigators work really hard and named about 6000 persons of interest who would be charged. Obviously, there will be more investigations and more charges brought up. But those who did not support Nazi ideology actively have nothing to be afraid of from the Russian Federation.

There will be thorough investigation after the war. Everyone responsible for innocent deaths will be swiftly prosecuted, as I said.

Cool, we should start with Putin.

Too bad he's a coward hiding behind nuclear weapons.

Strength is in Truth. Whoever is stronger, comes up as the righteous and most truthful. So, while technically I spoke of Ukraine, if it ended up winning (that hopefully never happens because the terrorist regimes must not win), it would be the most righteous and truthful nation on Earth, and Russia will be the evillest of all.

Ukrainians started with Shoigu (Head of Russian Army for fellow Americans), and look at his methods of transportation and the amount of evidence he carries.

there are still over 100,000 civilians trapped in Mariupol..Russia won't let them out, or let humanitarian aid in..if these 100,000 people starve to death, will that be enough for the West to act?..NATO needs to instill a no fly zone right now..

The Putin propaganda promoters, such as the one to which you responded, are trying to deny Russia's crimes in Bucha, claiming the atrocities against civilians were staged and occurred after the Russian troops retreated. The Kremlin actually made numerous ridiculous official statements claiming the civilian massacre was "a hoax".

Guess what? Tonight's headline in the NYT:

Satellite Images Rebut Russia’s Denial of Bucha Atrocities
Bodies Seen in Streets Before Russia’s Troop Pullout In Satellite Video and Analysis

A Times analysis shows the killing of civilians in the Kyiv suburb occurred before soldiers had left, despite Russia’s denial of responsibility. Russia claimed that horrifying images of dead Ukrainian civilians were “another hoax.” Satellite images rebut this.
