It doesnt matter who did it first. Deciding who gets a job based on sex or race or politics is wrong. You pick the person on who has the best ability to perform the job. Thats the way it should be. Not sure what is hard to understand about that.
And how does one do that? How many lawyers could he pick from. judges. etc. How does one decide who is the most qualified? What criteria is used?
