The buck stops with current leadership. Libs control the Oval Office, the House, & the Senate. If Libs will NOT accept accountability, then they cannot be entrusted with leadership.

The left are masters of ommission, & re-writing history to avoid accountability, so let's expose them here...

#1) housing affordability has got to be the worse in a long time, housing & rent prices are are sky high:

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-34-years.html

The root causes of this are restricting American energy production, which is inflationary, & poor management of the pandemic by failure to keep supply lines open & insuring the freeflow of goods.

The Democrats enter into the White House, promptly signed into law a slew of anti-oil production and environmental red tape, mandates, pass trillion dollar pork waste for Leftist causes (and call it infrastructure to fool the naive) and then when inflation occurs as a result, they first deny that there’s inflation. When it couldn’t be denied any longer, they blame Trump and the dumb Leftists agrees and parrots it.

Don't worry. While everything wrong in the world is Pres. Trump's fault, the current administration is in office to save us!

If the SOTU address glosses over every issue Biden mishandled (which is all of them) and every issue negatively impacting the American people, it's going to be a short speech.

Too bad there won't be someone sitting up there that can tear up their copy and toss it in the circular file.

The only thing the Dems will be able to stand up and applaud are the sanctions that actually seem to be working but I don't know why Biden is telling us that we are going to feel the pain before Russia does..

This could be the shortest State of the Union speech in History which is actually good news for Biden since it will be less chance for him to nod off and he can get back to the WH before it gets too late. The man doesn't want to miss his TV programs. I hear there is a "Matlock" marathon that night.

What other Liberal failures won't we hear in the state-of-the-union-address?

2) That murder rates in Liberal-run cities have skyrocketed.

Defund-the-police turned deadly, & Soros-funded radical Lib DA's are letting repeat offenders walk free, then kill. This impacts blacks the most.

3) Rampant uncontrolled shoplifting is causing "essential businesses", such as drug stores & groceries, to shutter.

Why? Root causes are changed laws that allow thefts of <$500 to be non-punitive, & <$2,000 to be misdemeanors, not felonies.

Food & drug deserts in urban areas are expanding rapidly harming black communities disproportionately.

4) Covid deaths are higher under this Liberal administration than under the last administration even though promises were made to improve the federal government response.

Why? Liberals restricted the flow of therapeudics to treat covid, in order to force vaccinations, while vaccines turned out to be less effective than promised.

5) Teachers Unions have spun out of control telling parents they have no say over what is taught in school, and the teachers will return to classrooms on a schedule that they decide, & not taxpayers.

Why? Teachers Unions now control politicians through political donations, so parents have no say.

Default Housing Affordability at historic lows...another Biden failure

I pointed this out 1 year ago in this thread:

https://www.city-data.com/forum/poli...ear-about.html

And, now its made headlines today:

https://www.foxbusiness.com

https://thehill.com/business/3881539...-historic-low/

Inflation, rising interest rates, rising rent prices...all on Joe Biden's watch.

He shut down America due to covid, which caused a whiplash effect in supply & demand, & he constrained energy exploration, extraction, & distribution, elevating prices for nearly everything consumers buy.

So, housing costs more...a LOT more.

I don't see this mentioned in the mainstream media...NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, NPR...as they continue to cover up Biden's blunders.

Joe Biden KILLED the American dream.

CNBC burried the plummeting housing affordability index chart & topic in this article from 2 weeks ago:

https://www.cnbc.com/2023/02/18/home...tom-is-in.html

You have to scroll way down to see the housing affordability index chart where the blue line falls off the cliff in 2020.

The entire article evades inflation, & focuses upon rising interest rates.

And so many delivery services were made overnight billionaires. Amazon was blowing the doors off Walmart, but they caught up. Uber, Lyft, they faltered the DD, GH, and others soaked the market. Now they're dying off slowly.

But yeah. Many restaurants are closed due to Biden shooting them in the foot.

I’m not sure we’ll ever know how many small businesses went under due to the Kung flu garbage.
