Joe Biden gave a fine speech Tuesday evening, delivering a lot of nice lines in service of unity and political pragmatism to a divided Congress that has frustrated his agenda over and over again. But the president’s first State of the Union address was doomed from the start by the very dysfunction it was designed to address. Little in the speech seemed apt to alter the broken state of play in Washington. Instead, it mostly served to highlight it: Republicans seemed no more willing to cease their obstruction, and the Democratic holdouts on domestic priorities kept their heels dug in.
“Nothing’s changed,” as one of those holdouts, Democrat Joe Manchin of West Virginia, summarized his position after the address.
IMHO, it was a train-wreck, just like the entire past year.

I couldn't watch it but have seen enough clips to know it was a big steaming pile of lies.
I can't believe that the 3 people at the top of our leadership is a man with Dementia that hasn't done anything right in his career. An elderly out of touch woman that cares more about ice cream, image and party than doing what is right for America and another woman that is woefully out of her element that is only sitting there because of her gender and skin tone.
When Putin is done with Ukraine would we be surprised if he invaded America? I don't think we have ever been so weak than now.

That sums up the State of the Union Address. You cannot "**** down someone's neck and tell them it is raining", which is what Branden was attempting to do. The US gave Brandon a chance and he blew it. Far left liberal policy is a dismal failure and thus is indefensible. Success, on the other hand, is easy to defend.
