I, honestly, do not understand, why no one notices loud and clear message - WE ARE OUT of all the global regions, we supported with our blood and money.
The US can not maintain its presence all over the world and pay for it. Too much internal issues to keep doing so. It started with Afghan, Eastern Europe is next, followed by regions of Syria and Israel.
It is simple business calculation. All president has to do is to stall, allowing OBJECTIVE forces to develop.

European leaders are thousands of miles away --- if they need Biden they will find him in Delaware. And they don't care if he is in a situation room at the White House or in Delaware.
