Even MTG is calling him out for this.

While many agree, it's dangerous and illegal provocation on part of a sitting senator.
Dems all but called for Trump's assassination.

Putin is trying to assassinate Zelinsky

every warm blooded human being in a state of consciousness is calling for putin's assassination...not a secret

I hope it happens soon. Lindsey Graham is correct, and kudos to him for saying it. It would be the most likely, and possibly only, way this war comes to an end soon. Putin is an egomaniac who will not back down and accept defeat.

Gram can call for his assination all he wants. As a senator of the United States, say that in private with your peers, not in public. Very unprofessional, he's gaslighting.

It's a good thing that this is receiving attention in Russia. Even negative attention is good, as it puts the idea in more people's minds.

Sadly there are far too many of them that lack decorum, and have diarrhea of the mouth. Both Obama and Trump were bad as well.

No.

That is not what gaslighting is.

I think a pretty credible argument could be made for having fewer Lindsey Graham’s in the world.

Im all for him getting grease painted up and taking out Putin so long as he comes back in a shoebox sized container

The oligarchs will eventually be hit targets as this war progresses and even years from now....all those Ukranians that have fled Ukraine settling in other countries will seek to kill these guys. Demand for mercenaries will be high these days. This Ukranian engineer is an insider, but i expect to hear more news of attempted assassinations or destruction of oligarchs properties, etc. In this day and age, you can run, but won't be able to hide forever. Even if they flee with their yachts to Seycelles or some remote place. I guess they're safe in North Pole or Antarctica. Putin will only die if his henchmen decide to take him out.

No, it's not illegal. Graham's statement, whether one supports it or doesn't, is legally protected speech. The statement wasn't specific enough to actually constitute a threat, and so is protected by the First Amendment, the law you cited to notwithstanding.
