With Biden's moratorium though, it's not going to happen anytime soon.

SCOTUS overruled the original roadblock (the lower court), and now we have Biden's moratorium.

In this case as in many they do take way too long.

That loser is on video carrying the bomb, placing it at the feet behind an unsuspecting innocent family, walking away a few blocks into a convenience store like it is just any other day to buy milk. Later on as the manhunt closes in he shoots at the Police, tosses pipe bombs and uses the getaway car like a weapon.

Seriously what does it take these days to actually get the death penalty and then have it actually carried out?

The ironic part is the Russians warned the FBI about this losers brother that was the instigator having traveled back and forth to his homeland to learn to make bombs.

The family came here as refugees, they were on welfare and the bombing is how they repayed us for our generosity to them.

The brother is already dead having been shot by the Police then run over by his brother in the getaway car and now this terrorist needs to be put down. What is the delay?

So as I understand this, the same Administration that went to the Supreme Court to get the original Death Sentences reinstated. Is the same administration that is saying that they are not going to carry out any executions while they "study" the issue. And this probably makes total sense to Liberals

What exactly do they need to "study" when they have a guy on tape placing the bomb and when they tried to apprehend them he gets into a shootout with police.

I think the question was rhetorical. At least I took it in that spirit, and agreed.

Why is everyone so eager for this thing to get to take the easy way out? Should be life in a tiny concrete box. For the worst of the worst, I'm against the death penalty. Instead, there should be concrete boxes carved out of a wall, the prisoner is strapped down, tubes are inserted as appropriate to sustain life functions, and they're shut up in there for life. If they have to come out for medical reasons, they're sedated, pulled out, then put back in, then woken back up. Make the Florence ADX supermax wing look like a luxury hotel by comparison.

He and his relatives were trained to kill, that's why they easily got the refugee status in the USA.
